The man that makes this sculpture is a friend of the commissioning artist. This man (Vince) has seen pictures and film of the result and the making of this sculpture. The film of the making of this sculpture and the reaction of Vince to this film and pictures is a part of the work of Roy.

The head of the statue is sculpted after pictures Roy has made if his friend in Papua New-Guinea; Vince. The Legs and arms are life casts frm mr. Koos Knol. Ther kakatoo is mounted, specially for this sculpture.
